"Still holding up months later"
I got this hair from Kovi Hair a few months back, and it’s held up better than I thought it would. I’ve washed it plenty of times now, and it hasn’t gotten super tangled or dried out like some other hair I’ve had. The ends still look good too. It’s not perfect or anything, but for everyday wear it’s been really reliable. Compared to a few others I’ve tried, it just feels more... I don’t know, but I’d definitely buy it again

"Pretty much what I hoped for"
I picked up a wig from Kovi Hair because I had a feeling it would be a good deal, it kind of proved me right. The price was fair, and the quality feels better than I expected. I haven’t noticed any weird shedding so far either, which is exactly what I was hoping for. For what I paid, I’m happy with it.

"I ordered from kovihair.com and the delivery..."
I ordered from kovihair.com and the delivery took way longer than I expected. The tracking just sat there with no updates for days, so I was basically left guessing where my package even was.
It did show up eventually, and the product itself was okay, but the whole shipping experience was really frustrating. When I reached out to support, they weren’t very clear and kind of made it feel like I was being impatient or somehow at fault for asking, which didn’t help at all...

"Refund was easy, but I wish I didn’t have to deal with it"
I had to return my order, which was annoying because I really hate dealing with returns. Returns are just such a hassle, and I was already expecting it to be a hassle. But it went smoothly. Support got back to me fast, which was nice, and the refund showed up quicker than I thought it would. Still annoying that I had to return it in the first place, and I really don’t like having to chase these things, but in the end there wasn’t much trouble.

"Really helpful support team"
I had a small issue with my order, but customer service got back to me quickly and helped sort everything out. It took one extra message to get it fully resolved, but it was still a smooth experience overall. Really appreciated how easy they made it!

"The color was mostly okay and close..."
The color was mostly okay and close to what I expected, but the texture just felt a little weird to me. Not terrible or anything, just not quite like that, if that makes sense.

"Hair feels really soft and full"
I ordered from Kovi Hair and, uh, I was surprised by how nice the hair was when it came in. The quality felt better than I expected right away.

It’s soft and doesn’t feel dry or rough at all. The bundles are full from the top down to the ends, and I already washed it once. It still looks good and I’ve only had very little shedding.

I’ve been wearing it for over a week now and it blends really well with my natural hair. I’m happy with it overall and would definitely buy again.
